VirtualTam 01e48f269d CachedPage: move to a proper file, add tests 
Modifications
 - rename `pageCache` to `CachedPage`
 - move utilities to `Cache`
 - do not access globals
 - apply coding rules
 - update LinkDB and test code
 - add test coverage
