All file in same dir is not great.

Sebsauvage suggest (I lost the link, sorry) to use this structure :

ea/zr/eazrdsfsdfsdfsdfsdf.png
tr/vb/trvbsdfsdqfqzrfsqre.png

He use the first characters of file for making a dir scheme.
