[HTMLUtils] Add new attribute 'defaultValue'

Behavior depends on the type:

- text: Allows any text
- number: Allows any numeric
- list: 'defaultValue' must match either name or value of one element
- checkbox: 'defaultValue' must be checked to activate checkbox
