[GooglePlusPostBridge] Fix bridge implementation

This bridge was broken due to DOM changes. This commit fixes
most of the broken code. Hashtags do no longer work because
they are no longer supported/provided.

The timing might be off as the source only provides a rough
relative value like '1 hour' or '1 year'.

Closes #485
